If you can provide new field reports or any other data on giraffe, okapi or activities of interest to the GOSG please get in touch. We also welcome photos or videos of giraffe or okapi for our resources section.

Become a Member

All members of the GOSG are volunteers. The group is not responsible for managing projects itself, but, in their individual capacities, group members are involved in the development and implementation of conservation and research programmes and projects. The GOSG aims to provide a platform promoting coordination and collaboration between various giraffe and okapi related projects. Membership of the GOSG is by invitation. Please contact us if you would like to be considered for GOSG membership.​ Members usually:

• Actively participate in giraffe or okapi conservation, research, or management
• Are integrally involved in giraffe or okapi conservation policy or law
• Are contributing to giraffe or okapi conservation and management
